What Is the
District Leadership Team?
The District Leadership Team (DLT) is a collaborative body of district leaders, school administrators, educators, and parent representatives who work together to improve student outcomes across District 30.
The DLT reviews district priorities, supports school improvement efforts, and ensures that family and community voices are included in key decisions. Through shared leadership and thoughtful planning, the team helps shape the direction of our schools.
